Description

Make English/UK pages crawlable and analytics market-aware.

* Path-prefix locale routing /en + /fr on getyourjob.pro (today language is client-side localStorage only -> SEO-invisible in English; SSR always lang="fr").
* Server-rendered English metadata: src/app/layout.tsx + all route generateMetadata (jobs, companies, professions, comparaison, missions) currently hardcoded fr_FR.
* hreflang alternate tags + per-locale canonical URLs.
* Locale-aware src/app/sitemap.ts and robots.ts.
* GA4: add language dimension + GBP currency (currency hardcoded EUR in GoogleAnalyticsService). Fix env var mismatch: code expects NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_TRACKING_ID, .env.example has stale GOOGLE_ANALYTICS_ID.
* Localise OrganizationStructuredData (serviceArea/areaServed hardcoded France).
