Description

UK terminology + market config for the AI matching pipeline.

*Phase 1 DONE in PR `feat/uk-market-matching`:*
* src/config/markets.ts (market config layer; marketFromCountry GB->UK).
* Market-aware role taxonomy labels (getRoleLabel/getRoleTaxonomy).
* UK/English buzzword variants in keyword-concept-map.ts.
* RunCandidateProfileMatching: hardcoded lang:"fr" -> langForCountry(candidate.locationCountry).
* 11 tests; .claude/agents/i18n-translator.md added.

*Remaining:*
* £/GBP salary parsing + display in matching/cards.
* UK seniority handling beyond labels; surface UK contract types (Permanent/Contract) in pickers/filters.
* UK geocoding (postcodes) — GeocodingService primary API is French (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr).
* Optional: real `market` column + backfill if deriving from country proves limiting.
* Market-aware market-stats concept labels.
