Description

Parent : #78. Dépend de #87. **Nécessite une passe design.**

Interface admin (sous auth) pour générer, copier, lister (par ressource, avec statut) et révoquer les liens uniques. Conventions shadcn/ui + TanStack Query.

## Acceptance criteria
- [ ] L'admin génère un lien unique par ressource et obtient l'URL publique copiable.
- [ ] Liste des liens d'une ressource avec statut (actif/révoqué).
- [ ] Révocation depuis l'UI ; statut révoqué reflété immédiatement.
- [ ] Génération/révocation via les endpoints admin sous guard.
- [ ] lint + typecheck verts.

PR #13 ouverte vers `dev`. In development → QA. Panneau admin liens : 4 tests front + 3 serveur (71/71), lint/build verts. Ajoute `listSharedLinks` côté serveur.

**Smoke préprod (authentifié) ✅** — connecté en admin sur https://preprod-scobby.omdev.tech. Le panneau « Liens publics » (Paramètres) s'affiche en live, **conforme à la maquette** : carte « Liens actifs », bouton « Générer un lien », état vide « Aucun lien public pour le moment ». Capture jointe (`preprod-smoke-89-admin-liens.png`). La génération réelle d'un lien (createSharedLink) reste à exercer.
